	Raja Arif Minhas is one of the leading names in telecom and data industry. He has more than 13 years experience of planning, budgeting, designing, developing, implementation & operation in the specifically in the field of telecommunications, networks and information systems in Pakistan and International market. He Worked in British Telecom (BT) as Regional Manager Business Development for three years, heading business strategies, sales forecast &target and provides overall strategic and sales leadership. His previous experience was as GM for DOLS (Dancom Online Services Pakistan ), he Joined the company at the point of inception launched its business growth and development to achieve its current market position as a leading data service provider and provider of high-end Telecom, IT & Networking Solutions. Dancom Online Services (now LINKdotNET) provides broadband services to corporate and consumer market through DSL and Wimax. He also played a vital role in the merger & acquisition of company by Mobilink in 2007being GM in DOLS he was heading over all Operations across the Pakistan and administered more than twelve (12) offices mainly in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Peshawar with a total headcount of 600 plus employees. As a senior executive he was responsible for and looking after HR & Admin, Finance, Product Development & Marketing, Sales, Technical, Procurement and Customer Care departments. He achieved positive cash flow and strong EBITDA in 2 years with largest DSL customer base in Pakistan with very low churn out and strong HR retention. At the time of acquisition by Mobilink the company was in profits. He also led a team responsible for implementation & designing of Point-to-Point and Wi-MAX solutions for various Public Sector organizations. The team also designed and deployed the first nationwide backhaul over radios (5.4 GHz regulated band) to connect sites throughout Pakistan. This was the first Wimax deployment in Pakistan.


	There are few in Telecom industry that is unaware with the name of Waqar Hussain Khan. He is Telecom System Engineer with 10+ years of experience, primarily in integration and implementation of analogue and digital Telecommunications Systems. He worked as Senior Manager MMnBB PTCL Lahore where hid core responsibilities were to look after over all operations and before PTCL he worked as senior Manager Consumer Installation and as Country Head for Broadband Sales activities in Link Dot Net while directly reporting to CEO. His experience included as Manager Operations Central Zone in Dancom Online Services (DOLS) He is enthusiastic, motivated and self driven.


	Having more than 10 years experience specifically in the field of Optical fiber development, Copper cable infrastructure designing, planning and maintenance, among his professional achievements are various consulting roles, foremost of them being the establishment of an infrastructure strategies for different companies and its implementation. He is young motivated and ready to take any challenge


	Having 10 year of experience of Technical Project management, network design and Architecture, Network security, Data networks for LAN, WAN, MAN, Network Management and administration of IT/Telecom infrastructure in Pakistan and EMEA region He worked for Juniper Networks as a Senior Residance Engineer for EMEA region and in this capacity I was assigned on Zain Nigeria IP/MPLS Multi-Service Packet Backbone Network, STC (Saudi Telecom Company) VAS Intelligent Infrastructure, saudia Atheeb Telecom IGW ( Wimax). His previous exprieces in NSN (nokiaSiemensNetworks) as a Team Lead for NSN Manage services and he was assigned on Telenor project for all IP and security services with include intergration of Voice and data service on IP/MPLS core, NSN R4 which include MSCs, MGW and BSCs ESB/ESA switches, Security internal networks and external roaming , LDI Juniper IP/MPLS core. He worked in Siemens as project Manager on behave of premier systems for Telenor LDI NGN Network. Responsible for planning, implementation and operation of Juniper/Cisco core of VoIP/DCN Network and Operation of Siemens media Gateways HIG. He also worked as Manager Operation North for WOL which was biggest ISP and DSL operator in Pakistan, and he successfully launch the ISP/DSL POPs all over north region.
